Matthew Knight Arena has some of the hottest games, concerts, and special events around. But to make sure it’s fun for everyone, there are a few rules that you have to follow.

Make sure you read the rules below so you know what to expect. They will help you avoid any issues during your visit to the venue. Please note that some events may have slightly different rules and management reserves the right to modify their rules for each event.

Accessibility Policy

ADA-approved seating and accommodations may be available upon request. Services include ADA-approved seating, assistive listening devices, and similar services to help ensure that guests have an excellent time during the event.

Animals Policy

Service animals are welcome in Matthew Knight Arena, and will rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability, rather than in the aisle.

Bag Policy

Matthew Knight Arena has adopted a NO bag policy. Small clutch bags, no larger than 5” x 8” x 1” , with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the stadium. Please note that one bag within these limits will be allowed per visitor.

Event staff reserves the right to inspect bags before allowing entry.

Camera Policy

NO professional cameras (still or video); personal cameras acceptable. No Audio or Video recordings.

Only standard point-and-shoot cameras are allowed. Detachable lenses must be less than (6) inches long and less than (4) inches in diameter. The overall camera and detachable lens combination cannot exceed (9) inches in overall length.

All other attachments are prohibited including wide angle lenses, lights, microphones, electrical connections, tripods, handles, oversized bags and stands. Moreover, be aware that certain camera features such as shutters and winding gear motors are noisy and may be a disturbance, and should not be used.

Camera policy is subject to change and is determined on an event-by-event basis by tour management. For up-to-date information on the camera policy for the specific event you are attending, please contact the venue before the event.

Lost and Found Policy

During an event, lost & found is located at Guest Services at the west end of the main concourse. The first business day after the event, please contact 541-346-8395 to claim items.

  • Weapons

  • Flowers
  • Beach balls

These could be subject to change per the artist request. The venue reserves the right to adjust the items on this list.

Matthew Knight Arena reserves the right to search anyone, and their belongings, who enter the premises.

Re-Entry/Entry Policy

Guests are not allowed to exit the building and return during the course of a single ticketed event in the Matthew Knight Arena. Specific events may allow an exception to the policy and allow guests to exit and re-enter the facility.

Smoking Rules

Smoking is not allowed anywhere in or around Matthew Knight Arena.
